This site collects one thing: the email address you choose to leave so we can tell you when ONA arrives. This page explains what happens to it, and who runs the site.

Giovanni Rossini Consulting, LLC is responsible for the processing of your data described below.

What we collect

When you sign up for the launch list we store:

• your email address,
• the language of the page you signed up on,
• that you signed up through this site (onatorba.com, launch list), and when.

We don’t ask for anything else. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.

Why

We use your address only to write to you about ONA’s launch and new pieces. We don’t sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the corresponding provisions of other data protection laws that apply to you). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who helps us

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the launch list and sends our emails on our behalf.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) hosts this site. To deliver pages and protect the form from abuse it processes technical data such as your IP address; it does not use your email address for any purpose of its own.

Both work for us as processors under data processing agreements. Because we and Cloudflare are based in the United States, your data may be processed there; these transfers are covered by the providers’ agreements, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, your address is kept only on a suppression list so that you are not written to again.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time — by the unsubscribe link or by writing to hello@onatorba.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
